I was keen to switch to home cooked fresh food for my pets.. Unfortunately, I felt the conversation was rude.We are not here for free food.I was genuinely asking about the promised value.Not a right way to talk to customer.Felt offended.

My labrador has not even touched any of the flavors, let alone eat. We have fed him with packed foods from Blep, Benny's bowl, Pedigree, Drools and many other brands and he loved those foods.

Pet chef needs to retrospect your product as there is something grossly wrong with your composition. Look at the reviews section, you've got 3 of them and all are negative. I don't think anything more needs to be said.
